Established by highly experienced Nigerian and International companies, for the purpose of investing in, operating and managing electricity related business in the most reliable and professional manner for the benefit of Nigerian power consumers.
This consortium of local businesses has acquired a 60% stake and controlling interest in Eko Distribution Company (Eko Disco).
In our bid to acquire Eko Disco, we had a clear mission in our sights: to achieve a good return on our considerable investment by transforming the Discos into an ultra-efficient operation run in the most modern, sustainable and profitable manner.
